Billy was and is the worlds youngest Monster Truck Driver
starting driving at just 14. That's before he can even get his
learners permit. Billy is currently ranked number 2 in Australia
and hot on the heels of His Father Clive Featherby in Outback
Thunder who is currently Australia's top ranked driver.
