WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Normally we will attempt to run the Show. Monster Trucks still perform well and look great in any weather conditions and love mud. If the grounds are extremely wet then its’ a matter of checking our website www.kcsfireworks.com We will update this on an hourly basis. However normally our events run rain or shine, some support acts such as FMX will obviously be cancelled – on very rare occasions we will resort to a following day rain date. If forecasts suggest inclement weather for the rain date, We may reschedule to the next available date. Notifications will be posted as early as possible on this website and our facebook page. Please be aware No Refunds will be Given unless under extreme situations and agreed upon at the discretion of the Promoter and our ticketing purchase conditions are clearly stated on our website.

HOW DO I OBTAIN A PRE SHOW PIT PASS?
Free Access Pit Passes are now available only to pre purchased ticket holders who buy their tickets in advance from our advertised pre sale outlets – online or over the phone outlets Pit Party Passes are now a limited commodity and any remaining passes will be sold on the day for an additional $5 per person (online sales www.kcsfireworks.com). This is the great advantage of buying in advance and you get in earlier.
WHAT IS A PIT PARTY PASS?
A Pit Party Pass will gain you 1 hour earlier entry into the ground then normal advertised admission (note it will not gain earlier pit access). It will also gain you access to the drivers and to get close up to the trucks and support attractions for photo opportunities etc. The pit area remains open for one hour prior to the show, please see website www.kcsfireworks.com for pits opening times.
WHAT TRUCKS ARE GOING TO APPEAR AT THE EVENT?
The vehicle information portion of the event is updated as soon as the truck schedule is available. Please be aware that this schedule is subject to change without notice prior to the event. Please log onto the Tickets/Events portion of www.kcsfireworks.com for additional event information.
DO BABIES NEED A TICKET TO ATTEND A MONSTER TRUCK PROMOTIONS AUSTRALIA EVENT?
Children under the age of 2 years old do not need a ticket to attend our events because they can sit on their parent’s lap during the show. Children ages 2-11 years inclusive are eligible to receive the children’s ticket price if the event has a children’s tickets price. Our shows are loud so for smaller children you should consider earplugs which are on sale at the venue. I would suggest logging onto the Tickets/Event Info portion of www.kcsfireworks.com for additional event information for this show.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHOW RUN FOR?
Normally our event runs for approximately 3 hours including interval. There is limited pre programme activity for an hour prior to advertised start time at some events (see website www.kcsfireworks.com ) such as kids mini biked and remote control cars etc.
IS THERE FOOD AT THE EVENT?
Yes all our events are fully catered however we do not stop our guests from bringing their own food and drink such as bottled water. We do refuse entry to any persons with glass products or Alcohol.
IS IT NOISY?
Yes our shows are reasonably loud. However if you feel the need we do sell reasonably priced earplugs at all our merchandise and food outlets.
ARE DIGITAL CAMERA’S ALLOWED AT OUR EVENTS?
Yes Digital camera's are allowed at our events. How ever most venues do not allow a camera that could be considered professional level cameras into their showgrounds without prior approval. If your camera is questionable I would suggest contacting the venue/promoter via email to confirm.
COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING AT MONSTER THRILL SHOWS?

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT A MONSTER TRUCK EVENT?
A Family spectacular is a variety of Entertainment, one part of the event are monster trucks jumping over cars and various obstacles, however just like their USA counterparts (these trucks are identical and all built in USA) they can only run for approximately a maximum of five minutes at a time then they have swallowed up the 65 litre tank of methanol on the truck. The big 1600 horsepowered engines need time to cool down so in between we run various support attractions such as FMX, bikes, Jet Vehicles, fireworks, Demo Derbies, mini bikes, roll over trucks all things that appeal to kids and families. Our show is a family show and is certainly NOT just Monster Trucks.
MERCHANDISE
Yes there is always a great variety of merchandise on site at all of our shows at very affordable prices.
SEATING
A lot of the venues we hire do lack seating because its monster trucks some of the more elite venues have reservations about monster trucks on their venues hence some of the arena’s we perform at do lack commodities such as mass seating. Always remember to bring a blanket or fold out chair – and try to make it before the advertised start time. We always start right on time being a kids show.
