Monster Truck & FMX Spectacular is heading to Trustpower Baypark Arena with a high-octane, action packed, family fun event.
Four Spectacular Monster Trucks will stun the crowds. These Monster Trucks have just completed a tour of Australia to sell out crowds and are keen to impress New Zealand with their car crushing, high leaping antics.
With names like Outback Thunda and Sharpshooter you can expect a spectacular family show from these 900 horsepower V8 powered Monsters with their huge wheels.
Accompanying the Monster Trucks is a flame throwing Jet engine van, comedy stunt cars Dipsy and Tipsy, a FMX Motorcycle Stunt Team and much more to thrill the families who will pack the Bay Venues Speedway Stadium.
Plan now for this "Not to be Missed" family show. It will be a big one packed with lots of entertainment for all ages young or old.
Last time in NZ it was a sell out show, So make sure you don't miss out!!!
Event starts at 6pm
This is not a Speedway New Zealand Event.
Helpful tips for patrons when travelling to Baypark:
- Walk to the venue if you live/park nearby
- Share your transport and fill your car with friends and family
- Take a taxi or shuttle
- Use public transport – visit the Baybus website for more details
- Bring something to entertain the kids while you depart the venue

• Commercially produced food and drinks
• Glass containers
• Bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, skates or scooters
• Signage, products, clothing or equipment considered by venue management to be offensive
• Unauthorised promotional material including signage, products and clothing
• Laser lights or pointers
• Gang patches/colours
• Weapons of any kind or items that may be used as a weapons
• Items that may be thrown, e.g. bolts, marbles
• Pets
• Items that may be used for defacing or damaging property
• Items that could cause harm or public nuisance as determined by venue management
• Any other item which the venue management (at their sole discretion) deems to be a prohibited item which may be a danger, or inconvenience, to any other patron
In regard to food specifically, they can bring Home-made food for personal consumption, such as sandwiches, fruit, biscuits or cake that is not in commercial packaging
Accessibility seating for this event is located in the first row of Bays AA – EE and parking is in the first row of Carpark D.
GETTING TO BAYPARK
We advise getting early to Trustpower Stadium
The parking will open at 1.30pm and the Gates for the Arena will open at 3pm.

Access to Baypark is One-Way
A short section of Truman Lane (westbound) has been reduced to one lane, to enable the next stage of Waka Kotahi works in the area. While this work takes place, access to Truman Lane is via State Highway 2 Sandhurst interchange only. Access to Truman Lane from the State Highway 29A roundabout is closed.
The temporary lane closure is expected to be in place until autumn 2023.
Delays are expected so please plan your trip to Trustpower Baypark with plenty of time to spare.
