How do we buy tickets?
Choose your tickets in the ticket window above. VIP Tickets are towards the bottom. Once you have selected your tickets, scroll down to the bottom of the ticket window and click on the green "ORDER NOW" button. You will be taken to EventBrite's secure checkout page, where you can pay by credit card or debit-only credit card. Your tickets will be emailed to you. Please PRINT OUT your tickets (one for each person) at home and bring to the event.
I can't buy tickets on my mobile phone?
Some smart-phones may not show the green "ORDER NOW" button. If you are using a smart-phone and have chosen your tickets but there is no "ORDER NOW" button, turn your smart-phone on it's side so that the screen is bigger (landscape). The larger screen area should enable you to see the "ORDER NOW" button to buy tickets. If not, click here to buy tickets
How do I get my tickets?
Your tickets are emailed to the email address you add in the checkout. Please PRINT OUT your tickets (one for each person) at home and bring to the event.
Can I upgrade my tickets to VIP?
Yes. If you have already bought general admission tickets and you wish to upgrade to VIP tickets, we will refund your general admission tickets so you can re-purchase VIP tickets - depending on availability of VIP tickets as they sell out fast. Contact us during office hours on 07 5494 5089 or send us an email to tracey@kcsfireworks.com with your name, order number (e.g. 622088185), so we can process your refund.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Yes. You can buy tickets at the gate on the day of the event and at the same prices. We cannot guarantee there will be any VIP tickets available as they usually sell out fast and also please note that we are expecting a few thousand people to arrive at the gate between 4-6 pm, so there could be an up to 30 min wait to purchase tickets at the gate. Pre-purchased tickets will go straight through.
Why aren't kids under three free for VIP seats?
Children 0-1 years of age can sit on a parents lap but children 1-11 are allocated a seat and therefore must pay the VIP child rate (kids under 3 are free in general admission only).
Do you offer Monster Truck rides?
Yes! You can ride in a real Monster Truck ("Captain Koala") that has been specially modified to take 10 passengers at a time and is suitable for children and adults. The monster truck stays on the ground (no jumps!) at all times and cruises around the arena but you can still experience the trill of acceleration and the growl of the V8 engine. Tickets are $10.00 per person and can be bought at the venue.
Do you have pensioner or student discounts?
We have kept all tickets costs to the lowest prices possible and so so we don't offer pensioner or student discounts.
What are ticket prices for disabled patrons and carers?
Ticket prices for disabled patrons are the same except for adults (16 and over) who can purchase tickets at the teen ticket price (either online or at the gate). Carers get free admission on presentation of their "Companion Card".
Is there disabled access?
Yes. The show grounds are mostly flat grassed areas for easy access. We also have a seating area for disabled patrons (and carers) with wheel chair access and priority viewing. The Caloundra Sharks League Club has disabled toilets with ramp access. Carers get free admission on presentation of their "Companion Card".
What if I don't have a credit card?
You can buy tickets at the gate on the day of the event and pay cash. You can also purchase tickets with cash at the Caloundra Sharks Rugby League club (Gregory St, Golden Beach, Qld, 4551) during office hours.
What if I don't have a printer?
If you do not have a printer at home, you can forward your ticket email to a friend and have them print them for you. If not, contact us on 07 5494 5089 during office hours to have tickets mailed to you (there is a small cost involved).
What if I typed in the wrong email address and now cannot get my tickets?
If you accidentally typed in the wrong email address, contact us on 07 5494 5089 during office hours and we can fix that for you.
What if I forget to bring my tickets?
The ticket buyer's name appears on all
tickets and they represent all other parties on the tickets. If you forget your tickets, the ticket buyer must be present at the event and present a valid form of photo ID (e.g., drivers licence) and the credit they used to purchase tickets, so we can identify them on our guest list, before
admission can be granted. With several thousand people predicted to arrive at the gate at the same time, this may take some time. In short, it's best you don't forget to bring your tickets.
